Refund Policy

Digital Products — All Sales Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

  • Digital journals

  • Workbooks and planners

  • PDFs and downloadable files

  • Digital templates and guides

Once access is granted or a download link is delivered, the product is considered used.


Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

  • The customer was charged multiple times for the same product

  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement

  • The wrong product was delivered due to an error on our end

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


No Refunds For

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Failure to read product descriptions

  • Compatibility issues with personal devices or software

  • Lack of results or subjective dissatisfaction
